You can cancel your JSO subscription at any time to avoid future payments, but we will be sad to see you go.
When cancelling your subscription, the following applies:
Please note that deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps mentioned below:
Log in and go to My Locker.
Click the “Subscriptions” tab.
Under the “Actions” column, click “CANCEL”.
You can find your Subscription renewal date within “My Locker”
Follow the steps below:
Log in to My Locker
Under Subscriptions, you can view the renewal date (Expires On).
You can also view your renewal date within your PayPal account.
Using PayPal:
Go to https://www.paypal.com/signin
– Enter your PayPal email address and password
– Go to your Profile Settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right-hand corner
– Select Payments
– Under Automatic Payments, select Manage
– Show Active Automatic payments
– Locate Jazz School Online and click to view subscription details
We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, or unused subscription periods.

If you have entered an incorrect email address, or are wanting to change the log-in email for your account, you can update your email address within My Locker.
Log in to My Locker
Head to your Profile Details
Enter your new email and tap Save Changes to update your account
You can also update your address, phone number, & password.
If your subscription has expired but you haven’t canceled, there may be a number of other reasons why.
Your subscription might appear as expired if your recurring payments are failing to process.
Failed payments can be caused by a number of things. Always ensure the following when purchasing from our website:
We always recommend contacting the associated financial institution (credit/debit card provider, PayPal) to confirm if there may be any other issues causing this error, or alternatively attempt to make a purchase using a different payment method.

You can renew your subscription by logging into My Locker
Head to “Subscriptions” and under “Actions” click Renew.
Near the subscription’s expiration date you will receive notification emails to renew your subscription. In case you miss those you can renew as explained above.
If you wish to enable/disable your auto-renew options, please log into your payment processor account (PayPal) to do so.
If the renew option is not available in My Locker, please contact JSO for assistance.
Yes, your Monthly JSO Subscriptions renews automatically to avoid interruption to your access to lessons.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same day each month (the day you subscribed), unless canceled.
